Ingredients:
Kottam (Saussurea lappa), Chukku (Zingiber officinale – dry ginger), Neem, Vacha, Devadaru, Rasna, Eranda, Tila Taila (Sesame oil), Curd, Moringa, etc.
How to Use:
- Warm the oil slightly before application.
- Apply to the affected area and massage gently for 15–20 minutes.
- Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or as prescribed.
- Can be used daily before bath, or as part of Ayurvedic therapy.
- For best results, use under medical guidance if treating chronic issues.
